By commissioning me and purchasing my designs you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.
Terms are subject to change at anytime. Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties. Failure to abide these terms may result in cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting from further commissions. Regardless of the subject, you must be 18 years or older to commission me. There are no exceptions. If I find out you have been faking your age you will be permanently blacklisted.
Your commission will be drawn in my style. I will not draw in a specific style of another artist.

USAGE OF WORK
You may share the commission, re-post, use as a header, icon, etc. but you are required to credit me.
I have the right to post the completed artwork on any art sites I wish.
I reserve all rights to my artwork and you may not claim it as your own. Do not edit my artwork without my permission.
The commissioned artwork is for personal use ONLY. You may NOT use my artwork commercially or resell it.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
✦ All payments can be made via PayPal invoice or WireTransfer (USD possible). ✦
Please provide a billing email when contacting me.
Commissions are priced base on type and complexity.
I require full payment after sending a rough sketch.
Commission prices are non-negotiable. Some commission subjects may cost additional charges (complex designs, armor, wings, ect.) If a large or time-consuming edit to the commission is requested, you may be charged for it. I will do a maximum of 2 changes to a finished commission for free.
If client requests a refund while the commission is in progress, it will be based on the amount of work that has been done.
I will not refund complete or nearly completed commissions.
I have the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason.
If the cancellation is initiated by me, the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
